Do I need a drain line or just regrading?
Regrading handles surface water - rain running the wrong direction across a yard. A drain line handles subsurface water and areas with nowhere for surface water to run. Many properties need both. We determine which during the walkthrough.
Will a drain line fix standing water in a Florida yard?
Usually, provided there is an outlet to discharge to. Where the water table sits high through the wet season, a drain with no viable outlet simply fills. That is the first thing we check, and we will tell you if a drain is not the right fix.
How long does a drainage job take?
Most residential drainage and grading work is one to two days. Longer runs, hard access and difficult outlet locations extend it. You get a timeframe with the quote once we have walked the run and found the outlet.
Do you handle drainage on new construction?
Yes. Getting fall right during site preparation is far cheaper than correcting it after the slab is poured and the sod is down. We coordinate with your builder so the grading is set before anything gets covered.
